Since childhood Nathanael’s love for nature drove him deep into the Ozark hills. In the quietness of the backwoods, often on an adventure, it wasn't unusual to find him wandering down a trail in search of bear or bobcat tracks.
Nathanael found himself hearing music all around him—be it a sunrise, a sunset, or perhaps a rain shower or a snowstorm. This ability was no doubt due to the love and appreciation for music he developed in childhood and from the violin he’d been playing since his teens.
